If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Estonian Arbitration Association.

The arbitration shall take place in Tallinn, Estonia, and the language of the arbitration shall be English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11. Changes to Terms

If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Site immediately.
